The Brazilian celebrity was courted through the Blues within the summer time of 2010, but changed his mind by penning a brand new offer his homeland club.

And a week ago he increased his links using the Peixe, signing a brand new contract using the Copa Libertadores holders and promising to remain in South america until a minimum of 2014.

When questioned about Chelsea’s offer from this past year, he replied on France Football: "I've no regrets, I made the decision to remain in my country and that i tell myself which i was right."
Neymar trained with Real Madrid back in 2006, and confessed that although he's pleased to remain with Santos for the time being, catching the eye from the Spanish power house is flattering.

“I trained with players of my generation in Madrid and it was a wonderful experience. I scored some goals but I decided to come back to Brazil - that was not the right moment to leave my country. I dream of playing in Europe, that is sure, but I do not know when I will do it.”

This means that if Neymar was to consider a move in the future, Chelsea would be in for Stiff competition from Spanish Giants Real Madrid. But for the time being the Brazil starlet is happy with his current club Santos and is going nowhere.
